Airport Parking Reservations Reviews

DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR RESERVATIONS!!!!! We got to parking lot and no spots. I contacted this company to receive a refund and at first they only refunded partial since I cx less than 24 hours ahead but then they did refund all money. However, I noticed on my credit card a bill from them for $51 which I am now disputing with my credit card company. They are shisters plain and simple. Try to call them and mailbox is full, isn't that convenient!!!!!

I had a strange experience with the AirportParkingReservations web reservation. I will suggest, do not use this service if possible. During reservation, arrival time and departure time you mentioned, you need to enter and exit the parking lot at exactly at that time or they will charge you extra. I was supposed to leave at 11:00 PM. I checked out at 11:02 PM. I was charged $21.00 additional charge.

So bad p- I needed to change my booking, and their website said contact customer service, online chat said nothing they can do (after a 20 minute wait), and the phone numbers had been disconnected. Shyster service that BLEEPS you up, please avoid and share with your friends as much as possible.

I have always had good luck with the crowne plaza at Cleveland airport. However I waited an hour today and finally called. I have used them before and know where to stand. I was there the entire time and am 100% certain the driver never came by. Upon sending them back for us an hour later we are now waiting for someone on the restroom. Will have to possible reconsider in the future

The Sheraton Hotel shuttle left me at the airport for over an hour they kept saying they were sending someone to pick me up but I sat outside and I watch other services pick up their customers over and over again never use Sheridan Hotel to pick up service is terrible

Considerable discrepancy in the pricing, which I later discovered is because the Park For U daily rate is $7.99 and this booking company bumps the daily price to $11.99 (plus, a $6.49 service fee). Email correspondence to address my concerns was very limited / made no sense. In the future, I will use this site to gather information and then I will book directly with a parking/shuttle service. (Side note: |The staff at Park For U Toronto were very friendly; I was told pick-up would take about 15 minutes, but it was at least 30 min.)

Worst experience I have had with parking. We arrived and the lot was chained closed. We phoned the attendant, and he came but no shuttle was available. After a little discussion he finally said, "well just find another lot." Unbelievable. This was at 11:00 PM and our flight was at 12:30AM.

Always use QwikPark at DTW. From employees at entrance, to drivers of shuttles, to employees at exit kiosks, all staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. I never worry about the integrity of the parking lot and wouldn't think of leaving my car anywhere else.

Totally useless - and really trust pilot, the number you feature is for a medical emergency line. I need a phone number to claim a credit from the last time this crooked outfit scammed me.
